Responsibilities
- Driving asset and portfolio performance on behalf of fund and joint venture capital, delivering forecast returns and long-term value.
- Contributing to and implementing Strategic Asset Plans, spanning capital investment, leasing strategy and income growth.
- Partnering closely with Leasing to deliver commercial outcomes, providing financial oversight on key and at-risk transactions.
- Identifying and supporting development and redevelopment opportunities through high-level feasibility and value analysis.
- Managing capital investment and lifecycle works to approved budgets and governance frameworks.
- Coordinating valuations and reviewing asset- and portfolio-level performance reporting.
- Building strong relationships with investors, joint venture partners and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting acquisitions and divestments activity, including strategic asset input and due diligence.
About You
You are a commercial property professional, who drives performance and long-term value across retail assets. You turn a deep understanding of leasing, capital, valuation and income drivers into clear, decisive asset strategies, applying strong financial judgement to complex commercial decisions. You influence confidently across investors, joint venture partners and internal teams, thrive in a fast-moving portfolio environment, and represent fund interests with integrity, discipline and impact.
Eligibility
You Will Have:
- A tertiary qualification in property, land economics, finance, commerce or accounting, with strong administrative capability.
- Proven experience in Property, Asset or Portfolio Management, preferably in retail.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, translating retail property fundamentals into clear asset and portfolio strategies.
- Strong financial and analytical capability, with experience assessing leasing transactions, feasibility scenarios and valuation outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, joint venture partners and advisers.
- Experience managing competing priorities across complex portfolios with a strong delivery and execution focus.
- Collaborative working style, partnering effectively across leasing, development, finance and property teams.
- High standards of professionalism, judgement and integrity when representing fund and investor interests.
- Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and AI technologies.
