About the Opportunity
The Project Manager – Landscaping is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of landscape construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The role ensures high-quality workmanship, compliance with project specifications, and effective coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of landscaping projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee all landscape construction works including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and infrastructure coordination.
- Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and approvals.
- Conduct progress meetings and submit periodic project reports.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and claims.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and procurement schedules.
- Support in tendering, cost estimation, and project forecasting when required.
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure safe work practices on site.
- Promote sustainability and environmental awareness in landscape works.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
Proven track record in managing large-scale landscape or infrastructure projects in the GCC region.
Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems.
