Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project quality standards are met and projects are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Attend relevant meetings, update issues/actions logs, and contribute to monthly reporting.
  • Assist with project planning, procurement, risk management, cost tracking, and change control.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry with project coordination and administrative roles.
  • Previous exposure to Program Management Office and/or supply chain management activities is advantageous.
  • Proactive, organized, and thorough with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.

Eligibility

8 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in data center or corporate real estate projects is desirable but not required.
