Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate implementation of GHS activities
• Establish work plans, teams, and SOPs
• Manage technical, financial, and operational staff
• Develop and implement annual work plans
• Provide guidance and training to managers and staff

About You

Comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts, and practices related to project management. Familiarity with international Global Health Security frameworks and initiatives. Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant project management experience
• Proficiency in English language required
• Experience working in an NGO or Government Health Ministry desirable
