About the Opportunity

Harbor is seeking an Intapp Project Manager to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for client engagements, the Intapp Project Manager ensures consistent client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service. This role oversees the implementation team to ensure effective task, risk, and time management, guaranteeing projects are completed on time, within budget, and in scope while delivering exceptional value. Responsible for the success of multiple concurrent projects, the Project Manager excels at collaborating with business and technology leaders to deliver solutions that help clients maximize their investment.

About You

The Project Manager demonstrates strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-facing environment. This is a fully remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the UK.

Eligibility

• Project management experience implementing Intapp or law firm compliance software preferred
• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 3+ years of experience with the firm’s services and/or clients is ideal, or prior experience in the legal software industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus!
• Authorized to work in the country of residence without restriction or sponsorship
