About the Opportunity
As the Project Coordinator at Cathay Academy, you will be responsible for supporting the management of renovation projects for cabin crew training facilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an in-house professional supervising the renovation projects
- Act as the project coordinator representing the company in renovation projects
- Support Academy Operations Manager in administering design requirements and guidelines
- Liaise with external vendors/contractors to resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with in-house Business Units for project coordination
- Assist in preparing departmental budgets and financial submissions
- Maintain awareness of potential project risks and formulate risk mitigation solutions
Eligibility
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in building engineering and management or relevant subjects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in interior fitting-out or renovation
- Comprehensive knowledge of local statutory requirements regarding buildings and safety
- Good interpersonal skills and time management abilities
- Experience in aviation projects related to cabin mock-ups is advantageous
