About the Opportunity
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and task management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and management to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare project documentation including reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Support process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships where applicable.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is an advantage.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
