About the Opportunity
A major Financial Crime Risk Transformation program is seeking a Project Coordinator - Governance & Reporting to provide high-quality coordination, administration, and reporting support across a large, fast-paced delivery environment. This role suits someone who thrives in structured project environments, supports senior leaders with confidence, and enjoys keeping complex programs running smoothly through excellent organization and communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating workshops, training sessions, governance forums, and program working groups
- Supporting project communications, capturing minutes, documenting follow-up actions, and preparing updates
- Contributing to program reporting, producing high-quality PowerPoint and Excel packs
- Managing resource tracking using tools such as Clarity, JIRA, and Confluence
- Providing diary, inbox, and scheduling support to senior program leaders
- Assisting with HR system processes, compliance tasks, onboarding/offboarding, and general team engagement activities
- Supporting procurement processes including SOW administration, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking
- Maintaining central PMO trackers and ensuring accuracy across program documentation
- Liaising with internal recruitment teams and external agencies regarding recruitment and contractor changes
- Coordinating expenses, planning sessions, and initiatives that enhance team collaboration and engagement
About You
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a large, complex organization
- Strong Outlook skills, including calendar and inbox management
- Intermediate skills across Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders and project teams
- Exposure to project methodologies or project environments
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Clarity (desirable)
