About the Opportunity
Project Scheduling Coordinator (Utility Services)
Lake Charles, LA
Part Time- 20 Hours/Week, with increase in hours after training is complete
Responsibilities
- Contact external customers within one working day and schedule appointments
- Interpret and ensure consistent application of organizational policies
- Manage Design resources within a geographic area
- Monitor Designers' calendars and communicate regularly with them
- Oversee the Design Coordinator Clerk's activities
- Identify and rectify root causes of customer complaints
- Review and update Maximo Backlogs
- Serve as a member of the Storm Response Team
About You
Minimum Education Required: Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience/training in scheduling resources or maintenance and construction practices
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and database applications
Eligibility
Desired Knowledge:
- Maximo, GDT, AMFM DFM, Storm Assist, PowerBI, CCS, Distribution Line construction, maintenance, and materials
