About the Opportunity
Gamma is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the production of bid responses for Enterprise and Public Sector customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of compliant proposals reflecting Gamma's value proposition
- Manage multiple bids, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are of high quality
- Facilitate strategic storytelling and collaborate with Sales on win strategies
- Apply customer research and value mapping techniques
- Enhance proposal content using AI-generated material
- Ensure governance compliance and risk tracking
- Coordinate post-bid reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and be a confident communicator. Experience with SWOT analysis and customer research is a plus.
Eligibility
This role requires 3 days a week onsite in the Portsmouth office. Visa sponsorship or relocation support is not available.
