About the Opportunity
This position involves supporting the D365 roll-out project management in various tasks such as Quality Management (QM), Reporting, Budget Controlling, Planning, Training, Communication, etc. The role also includes setting standards (documentation/reporting) within the project.
Responsibilities
- Collect information from stakeholders to assist project management.
- Support project management with tracking and reporting needs.
- Assist local project management in day-to-day operational activities.
- Create guidelines for document management, including monitoring and tracking.
- Support communication and coordination across teams and projects.
- Assist the project management team in understanding and applying Agile methodology.
- Report and coordinate meetings and project timelines with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential issues and risks in strategic planning.
About You
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in large-scale global IT projects. Experience with D365 or similar ERP systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in project management.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management tools and software, ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Language: Communicate clearly in writing and fluent in the required language.
