Architectural Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Join our dynamic forensic architecture team to support investigations and restoration projects. This role focuses on Revit-based modeling, structural detailing, and framing plans, often working with existing floor plans. It is an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking hands-on experience in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate forensic projects from site visit to final documentation.
  • Assist with inspections, evidence collection, and damage assessments.
  • Prepare drawings and reports using Revit and Bluebeam.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.

About You

Essential Skills:

  • Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience; forensic or restoration work is a plus.
  • Strong Revit skills; experience with Bluebeam and structural detailing is preferred.
  • Comfortable with site visits involving soot, odors, and sensitive conditions (PPE provided or reimbursed).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with point cloud scanning (BLK, NavVis MLX) – training available.
  • Knowledge of Struck Calc and restoration processes.
  • Client interfacing personality.
  • Knowledge of building codes.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
